As I mentioned in my review of the Dimple Twist, I think it looks like a juicer! So here it is in use as such :-)

but isnt that gonna hurt when it’s inside you? the shape of the end rather than the orange!

Yikes! The logical part of my mind immediately told me the acidic juice would burn if it got inside without being washed. I know, I’m such a party pooper. :)
